Most jewellers will supply replacement items as near as possible, however because we have a workshop on site we are able to replace the missing or damaged items identically, and we have been providing this service for over 45 years

In the event of loss or theft, LMG works with you and your insurer and us to bring about a settlement that is both convenient and provides you with the maximum choice.

In conversation with you and your insurers  we will have assessed the value of the loss or and will discus with you replacement  options

For many claimants this will involve sending you a Gemcheck Card (electronic gift card) pre-loaded with the assessed retail value of your claim. This can be spent at Stephen Pomerance Jewellers. You do not have to spend it all at once and it is valid for 12 months from date of issue.
